Crackdown Disc w/ Beta Option in Menu, Public Beta You will find the option in the menu of the game to download the beta. It will say right now to check back later to download it. Wednesday, when the beta hits, you will be able to select download and it will start the download for you. You will have to stay on that screen while it downloads (friends list and messaging is fine). Each time after that, you will need to load the disc and select the beta from the menu of the disc. Anyone right now can still go out and purchase/rent a Crackdown with beta and play on Wed. Remember to watch www.bungie.net and on the right side of the main screen, to see when the beta releases in your area.
